A HeartMath Journey
Institute of HeartMath
Dear Friend,

Shortly after the Global Coherence Initiative (GCI) was launched in 2008 as a special project of the HeartMath , it became apparent that GCI members desired a way they could connect with each other – in real-time with heart-focused intention.

That desire led to GCI’s creation of its on-line Global Care Room (GCR). Today, people from around the world meet in the GCR to simultaneously send coherent heart energy to any situation on Earth that is in need of care and compassion.

Daily Synchronized Care Sessions
GCI members worldwide are now able to participate together in synchronized, real-time sessions in the Global Care Room during any or all of the three daily session times. Sessions are held at 4 a.m., noon and 8 p.m. Pacific Time seven days a week.

HMI members can join in these Global Care Room sessions as guests or by Becoming a Member of GCI. (Membership is free.) Just choose the session time that is most convenient for you. (Here is a Time-zone converter you can use.) Or, you can visit the GCR anytime you want, to send heart to a situation.

Care Sessions
There are two types of scheduled Care Sessions (see below). Each session is about 15 minutes in duration. Participants say they leave these sessions with a greater sense of peace and calm and that they are a wonderful break from their busy lives.
  • Heart Coherence Session and Care Focus: Individuals or groups gather in the GCR to raise their personal heart coherence and direct intentional care and compassion to the situations or events they choose.
  • Full Moon Synchronized Care Focus: Each month during the full moon, GCI suggests a Care Focus directed towards a specific global need. The aim of Full Moon Care Focus session is to aid and/or improve our planet, humanity and all living creatures. HMI members who wish to receive e-mail reminders of the Full Moon Care Focus should Register for GCI Membership.

I hope you will join people from around the world in the Global Care Room to send out your heart-focused intention. Feel free to share the Global Care Room with family and friends who can visit as guests anytime.

With care and compassion,
Sara Childre
